The L.O.F.T. (Love Overcomes Fear & Transforms) is the soul care extension of The Simple Farm, where rhythms are practiced around the table, at the creek, (with coffee) through one-on-one conversations.

Set beside a flowing creek in Middle Tennessee, we've cultivated quiet spaces where you are invited to slow down and rediscover the ancient rhythms of the Christian faith through prayer, solitude, Sabbath, Lectio Divina, and unhurried conversation.

a RESET FOR WEARY PASTORS & MINISTRY LEADERS

A 3 - 4 day reset for weary pastors and ministry leaders to experience slow down rhythms of life so that they may take that experience back into their daily routines. It’s a time that is unhurried, unscripted, and freely given.

WE HOST . . .

SABBATH TABLE - THE THRESHOLD OF THE SLOW DOWN

(Our) Sabbath Table (Friday evening meal) | Begins a 24-Hour Sabbath | A Day to Slow Down, Rest, and Experience a Full Stop from the World. The Sabbath Table is a threshold into rest — where the week comes to a close. We invite people to gather around the table for a Sabbath evening meal, light the candles, and walk through a brief liturgy — not as a ritual to check off, but as a way of marking the moment: the work is done, and now it's time to stop. To rest. To enjoy what's in front of us. To step out of the chaos of the week and into the beauty of Sabbath.

“The Sabbath is not your reward for finished work, it’s your rescue from unfinished work. “ Matt Canlis
